It started in late 2024—three DJ gigs, one weekend, and a catalyst for a revolution. Overflowing closet, zero inspiration. Instead of buying something new, I sold two pieces and bought one. That lit a fire: What if we could simply swap outfits like friends sharing closets?

Getting dressed should feel creative, not chaotic. I didn’t need more stuff. I needed a smarter system. Something that fuels self-expression while being eco- and budget-conscious.

 Whether we’re stepping onto a stage or strolling down the street, we deserve to show up as our boldest, truest selves. Xchange Fashion isn’t just solving a wardrobe dilemma—it’s sparking a movement of mindful choices and authentic connection.

I’ve always been obsessed with fashion and am wired to solve real-world problems. In 2020, I built an on-site ordering app intended to help the service industry survive the lockdown. Now, I’m channeling that energy into designing a platform where style meets sustainability, and everyone gets to shine.

EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCTION

I'm a San Francisco-based visual artist, fashion collaborator, and creative director with over a decade of experience bridging fine art, fashion, and community-based design. A first-generation Chicana and founder of ChinatownMade, I bring a distinct lens of cultural fusion and visual storytelling rooted in my practice of mestizaje—an exploration of mixed identities through symbolism and semiotics.

My creative career spans roles as art director at a gaming studio, creative director at Berber SF, and cofounder of an art-tech platform. My design and curatorial work includes large-scale public art projects, immersive exhibitions, and community-driven fashion events.

My work has been commissioned by clients across hospitality, retail, and tech—from mural installations in luxury casinos to fashion-forward visual campaigns.

Through every project, I advocate for equity, visibility, and the power of design as a tool for cultural expression and collective liberation.

CREATIVE OPERATIONS

My obsession is the 'curated solution'—the point where high-level vision meets execution.

Through my brand, Castro Closet, I pioneered a styling-as-a-service model that brings curated, quality wardrobe management directly to the creative pulse of San Francisco. I’ve spent years mastering the mobile logistics of fashion, ensuring that style can happen anywhere, at any time.

Now, at Xchange Fashion, I’m weaving that same strategic DNA into our events and operations. I’m here to ensure this living, interconnected system moves with professional-grade precision. By synchronizing every node—our members, stylists, talent, brand partners, and community—I help strengthen the whole, turning a circular economy into a seamless reality.

PERSONALIZED HAIR ARTISTRY

As a seasoned hairstylist, I bring personalized artistry to every look, including cuts, color, and creative styling for all genders. The journey began with my own hair—then grew to friends, clients, and bridal beauty.

For me, hair isn’t just styling—it’s sculpture, a form of wearable art that transforms how someone feels inside and out.

I've done hair and makeup for runway shows, live performances, editorial shoots, and headshots, often blending music, theatre, and fashion into immersive productions. One standout project was a play exploring interpretations of fashion—a perfect reflection of my belief that style is deeply personal and expressive.

Consistent with Xchange Fashion’s commitment to sustainability and a circular economy, I see the platform as a powerful way to reduce waste and celebrate individuality. I'm passionate about helping people feel empowered and radiant through fashion, hair, and makeup—always aiming to bring out the best version of each person I work with.

I view the face as a living canvas for transformation. With a decade immersed in San Francisco’s beauty scene, I’ve mastered a 'skin-first' philosophy because I believe authenticity is the ultimate luxury.

My signature HydroGlow isn't only a service; it’s the essential ritual that allows our community to show up as their most unstoppable selves. At Xchange Fashion events and our Glow Station, I craft everything from stunning editorial and bridal aesthetics to high-impact event and everyday looks.

By blending meticulous PMU precision with radiant skin-prep, I ensure that each individual’s internal confidence is reflected in a finish that's ready to shine. I’m here to make certain you don’t just walk into a room—you command it. If the outfit is the statement, I'm here to define the presence.
